📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and maintain detailed production schedules using SAP ERP and Microsoft Excel.
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and components.

• Collaborate with customers to understand their requirements and translate them into actionable production plans.
• Implement quality control measures to ensure products meet customer specifications.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in production planning or a similar role.
• Proficient in SAP ERP and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles is a plus.
• Certification in Six Sigma or lean manufacturing is a plus.
