📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations of the branch, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.,Manage staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation.,Drive sales and revenue growth through effective marketing and promotional strategies.,Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure adequate stock is maintained.,Collaborate with the head office to implement company-wide initiatives and strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in the F&B industry.,Proven track record of driving sales and revenue growth.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or related field.,Excellent customer service skills and a customer-centric approach.
