📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Captain in navigating the vessel and ensuring safe passage.,Monitor vessel systems and equipment to prevent malfunctions.,Maintain accurate records of vessel operations and maintenance.,Ensure compliance with maritime regulations and company policies.,Participate in emergency response drills and procedures.,Assist in the training and development of the crew.,Support the Captain in decision-making processes related to vessel operations.,Assist in the planning and execution of voyage schedules.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Captain or Deputy Captain in the maritime industry.,Valid Captain's license and relevant certifications.,Strong knowledge of maritime laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a team environment.,Proficient in English and local language.,Previous experience in similar roles is a plus.,Familiarity with maritime safety and emergency procedures.
