📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Oversee and manage daily production operations to ensure efficient and effective manufacturing processes.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve production efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
- Monitor production schedules and ensure timely delivery of products to meet customer requirements.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to production teams.
- Identify and resolve production issues promptly to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
- Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to implement process improvements and new technologies.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards in the manufacturing environment.
- Lead and mentor production teams to foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in production management, with a proven track record in leading manufacturing operations.
- Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Proficient in using production management software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
- Certification in Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma is a plus.
- Familiarity with automotive manufacturing processes and industry standards.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
