PULSE Ekspansindo is seeking a talented and experienced HR Generalist to join our team in Samarinda, Kalimantan Timur. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance with labor laws. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process, from advertising job openings to onboarding new hires.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees.,Address employee concerns and resolve conflicts in a fair and professional manner.,Assist in the development of HR policies and procedures.,Coordinate with management to ensure a positive work environment and high employee satisfaction.,Stay up-to-date with labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.,Assist in the planning and execution of employee training and development programs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, preferably in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Experience with HR information systems (HRIS) is a plus.,Knowledge of basic data analysis and reporting is a plus.
