📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Drive sales of premium HVAC systems to high-value clients in Denpasar and surrounding areas.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-ups and personalized service.
• Provide expert advice on system selection, installation, and maintenance to meet client needs.
• Collaborate with engineering and technical teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to assess client requirements and provide tailored solutions.
• Stay updated with industry trends and technological advancements in HVAC systems.
• Manage and track sales performance, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
• Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to promote our brand and solutions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HVAC sales, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems, including VRF, chillers, heat pumps, and other related technologies.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships.
• Strong technical understanding and the ability to provide expert advice on system selection and installation.
• Proficiency in using industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar tools.
• Valid driver's license and the ability to travel frequently to client sites.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
