📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in coordinating and managing operational activities to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.,Support the operations team in maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and reports.,Assist in the planning and execution of operational projects and tasks.,Provide administrative support to the operations team as needed.,Assist in the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures.,Support the operations team in maintaining a safe and secure work environment.,Assist in the training and development of new team members.,Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).,Familiarity with basic accounting principles and practices.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
