📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate all HR activities, including recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations.,Lead and mentor a team of HR staff, providing guidance and support to achieve departmental goals.,Conduct employee engagement surveys and analyze the results to identify areas for improvement.,Handle employee relations, including disciplinary actions and grievance resolutions.,Oversee the company's benefits and compensation programs, ensuring they are competitive and in line with industry standards.,Stay updated on labor laws and regulations, and provide training to the HR team on relevant changes.,Collaborate with senior management to align HR strategies with business objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian.,Experience with HR information systems and data analysis tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
