Fresh Web Pratama is seeking a dedicated and professional Receptionist to join our team in Nusa Dua, Bali. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our reception area. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary package.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist guests upon arrival and departure.,Answer and direct phone calls and inquiries.,Maintain accurate guest records and check-in/check-out procedures.,Handle front desk transactions, including payments and billing.,Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the reception area.,Coordinate with other departments to resolve guest concerns.,Provide information about local attractions, dining, and services.,Monitor and enforce hotel policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a receptionist or customer service role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.,Familiarity with basic computer and office software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluent in English and Indonesian.,Professional and friendly demeanor.
