📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food and beverage preparation.
• Ensure that the restaurant is clean, safe, and well-maintained, and that all health and safety regulations are followed.
• Develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies to attract and retain customers.
• Train and develop staff to ensure that they are knowledgeable, skilled, and motivated.
• Monitor and analyze sales and financial performance, and make data-driven decisions to improve profitability.
• Maintain a positive and professional image for the restaurant, both internally and externally.
• Ensure that all policies and procedures are followed, and that the restaurant is compliant with all relevant laws and regulations.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as procurement and human resources, to ensure that the restaurant's needs are met.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a managerial role within the food and beverage industry.
• Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, including food and beverage preparation, inventory management, and staff scheduling.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Familiarity with relevant software and tools, such as POS systems, inventory management software, and HR software.
• Ability to travel and work in different locations, as needed.
