📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the sales process by providing product information and answering customer inquiries.,Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently at the cash register.,Maintain a clean and organized sales floor or checkout area.,Assist in inventory management by restocking products and ensuring shelves are stocked appropriately.,Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, addressing their needs, and resolving any issues.,Collaborate with the sales team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.,Assist in the organization and management of sales data and reports.,Perform other related duties as assigned by the manager.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or retail environment is preferred.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Friendly and customer-focused attitude.,Basic computer skills, including proficiency in spreadsheet software (e.g., Microsoft Excel).,Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes.,Ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds (9 kg) as needed.
