Local Mart Berjaya is seeking a dedicated Assistant Operations Staff to join our team in Cianjur. As an Assistant Operations Staff, you will play a crucial role in supporting the daily operations of our store. We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, reliable, and eager to contribute to the success of our team.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing store operations, including inventory, sales, and customer service.,Support the store manager in planning and organizing daily activities.,Maintain accurate records of inventory, sales, and customer transactions.,Assist in training and mentoring new employees.,Ensure the store is clean and well-organized at all times.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.,Participate in store promotions and special events.,Assist in preparing and maintaining reports for the store manager.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent experience.,Previous experience in retail or customer service is a plus.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Basic computer skills, including proficiency in spreadsheet software.,Good knowledge of Indonesian language, both written and spoken.,Willingness to work in a team environment.,Ability to lift and carry up to 20 kg.
