📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Managing all cash transactions and ensuring the accuracy of financial records.
  • Providing excellent customer service and handling customer inquiries and complaints.
  • Ensuring the safekeeping and proper handling of cash and other financial assets.
  • Processing bank deposits and withdrawals, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Assisting in the preparation of financial reports and statements.
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure the smooth operation of banking services.
  • Monitoring and controlling cash flow to prevent shortages or excesses.
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations governing banking and financial transactions.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role in the banking or finance industry.
  • Strong knowledge of banking procedures, regulations, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
  • Proficiency in using banking software and financial tools.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to work accurately and efficiently.
  • Good organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Fluency in Indonesian is required.
