📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement compliance programs to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
• Conduct internal audits and risk assessments to identify and mitigate compliance risks.
• Monitor and analyze compliance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Provide guidance and training to employees on compliance policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address compliance issues and ensure operational excellence.
• Stay up-to-date with regulatory changes and industry best practices.
• Prepare and present compliance reports to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with data protection and privacy regulations, such as GDPR and OJK.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in compliance management or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards, including OJK and Basel III.
• Proficiency in using compliance management software, such as SAP GRC or IBM InfoSphere.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with the financial services industry, particularly contact centers, is a plus.
