In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the sales process, managing customer inquiries, and ensuring a smooth transaction experience. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the sales process by providing product information and answering customer inquiries.,Process customer orders and transactions accurately and efficiently.,Maintain a clean and organized sales counter area.,Assist in inventory management by updating stock levels and restocking products as needed.,Provide excellent customer service by being friendly, polite, and professional.,Handle cash transactions and ensure accurate record-keeping.,Collaborate with the sales team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.,Assist in promoting sales and special offers to customers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in a sales or customer service role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Basic computer skills, including proficiency in office software.,Familiarity with sales and inventory management processes.,Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 20 kg.,Fluent in Indonesian language, both written and spoken.
