As an HR Officer, you will play a crucial role in supporting the company's human resources needs, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and fostering a positive work environment. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview scheduling.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal information, employment history, and performance evaluations.,Coordinate with department heads to address employee concerns, grievances, and disciplinary issues.,Assist in the preparation and administration of payroll, benefits, and other employee-related matters.,Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.,Organize and facilitate training and development programs for employees.,Support the HR Manager in the implementation of HR strategies and initiatives.,Conduct regular employee surveys and feedback sessions to improve the work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role in a corporate or HR setting.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian is a plus.,Fresh graduates with a strong academic background and relevant internship experience are also encouraged to apply.
