📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.,Provide excellent customer service to patients and visitors.,Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions.,Assist in inventory management and stock control.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Work collaboratively with the clinic staff to ensure smooth operations.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Perform other duties as assigned by the management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a cashier or customer service role.,Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.,Familiarity with basic accounting principles and software.,Basic computer skills and knowledge of office software.,Ability to work in a hybrid environment (office and home).
