Bengkel Hendra Restaurant is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Accountant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the financial operations of our restaurant, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and a passion for the food service industry. This is a hybrid role, offering a flexible work environment that combines the best of office and remote work.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.,Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations, including tax laws and financial reporting requirements.,Oversee the preparation and filing of tax returns, including corporate and personal income taxes.,Assist in the preparation of the annual budget and forecast, providing financial insights and recommendations.,Monitor and control expenses, ensuring they are within budget and aligned with the company's financial goals.,Provide financial support to the restaurant's management team, offering guidance and insights on financial matters.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, ensuring data integrity and security.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a senior or managerial role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.,Proficiency in using accounting software, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.,Familiarity with the food service industry is a plus.,Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
