PT Rahayu Harapan is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Sales Consultant to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the development and implementation of sales strategies, building and maintaining customer relationships, and contributing to the achievement of sales targets. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies and plans.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and clients.,Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities and trends.,Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to management.,Support the sales team in achieving quarterly and annual sales targets.,Provide excellent customer service and support to existing clients.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote our products and services.,Collaborate with marketing and other departments to drive sales and customer satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales or a related field (fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are also encouraged to apply).,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other sales tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with sales techniques and strategies.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Ability to travel for business purposes as needed.
