Cafe Gita Cafe & Coffee is looking for a dynamic and experienced Key Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and developing key client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and develop key client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Drive sales growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.,Coordinate with the sales team to ensure effective execution of sales strategies.,Monitor client feedback and address any concerns or issues promptly.,Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.,Attend industry events and networking opportunities to expand our client base.,Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement promotional campaigns.,Provide regular reports on client performance and sales activities to senior management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the food and beverage industry.,Proven track record of managing key accounts and driving sales growth.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.,Passionate about coffee and the food and beverage industry.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
