📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement learning and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.,Identify training needs and design customized training solutions.,Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate and empower employees.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary improvements.,Collaborate with department heads to integrate learning and development initiatives into business strategies.,Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional growth.,Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in learning and development.,Report on the progress and impact of learning and development initiatives to senior management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in learning and development, preferably in a healthcare or related industry.,Strong knowledge of learning theories and instructional design principles.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English.,Certification in learning and development (e.g., Certified Professional in Learning and Performance - CPLP) is a plus.,Experience in using learning management systems (LMS) is a plus.
