As a Lead Procurement Staff, you will play a crucial role in supporting our company's growth and success. You will work closely with various departments to understand their needs and ensure that we source the right materials and services at the best possible prices.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage and optimize procurement processes to ensure cost efficiency and timely delivery of materials and services.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to negotiate favorable terms and conditions.
  • Analyze market trends and identify new suppliers to ensure we have access to the best materials and services at competitive prices.
  • Coordinate with various departments to understand their needs and ensure that procurement activities align with business objectives.
  • Monitor and control procurement budgets to ensure we stay within financial constraints.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on procurement activities and performance.
  • Participate in strategic planning sessions to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in using procurement software and tools.
  • Knowledge of Indonesian procurement laws and regulations.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong strategic thinking and planning skills.
