📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and develop comprehensive training programs tailored to the specific needs of our clients and employees.
• Create engaging and interactive learning materials, including workshops, e-learning modules, and coaching sessions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather insights and understand training requirements.
• Implement and monitor the effectiveness of training programs using data-driven approaches.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in learning and development.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to employees to support their professional growth.
• Evaluate and measure the impact of training initiatives on employee performance and organizational goals.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the organization.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development, with a proven track record of designing and implementing effective training programs.
• Certification in instructional design or a related field is a plus.
• Proficient in using learning management systems (LMS) such as Moodle, Cornerstone, or Docebo.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to gather and interpret data.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
• Familiarity with HRIS systems and HR best practices.
• Passionate about continuous learning and development, with a commitment to driving organizational success.
