📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the planning, design, and installation of MEP systems, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing.
Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure seamless integration of MEP systems.
Ensure compliance with local and international safety and quality standards.
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues promptly.
Train and mentor junior staff to maintain high standards of workmanship.
Collaborate with the project manager to ensure all project goals are met.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to improve project outcomes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in MEP supervision, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects from start to finish.
Familiarity with AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant software.
Strong knowledge of local building codes and regulations in Bali.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Valid driver's license and the ability to travel frequently.
