📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and design training programs that align with the company's goals and objectives.,Deliver training sessions to employees, ensuring clarity and engagement.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary improvements.,Coordinate with department heads to understand training needs and provide solutions.,Maintain training records and provide reports to management.,Stay updated with the latest training methodologies and trends.,Facilitate workshops and seminars as needed.,Provide feedback and support to employees on their training progress.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development.,Strong communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.,Familiarity with training software and tools.,Understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Experience in remote training and facilitation.,Proficient in English and Indonesian languages.
