📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food and beverage costs.
  • Ensure that all food and beverage items are prepared and presented according to the restaurant's standards.
  • Train and develop staff to ensure that they are knowledgeable about the restaurant's products and services.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment for staff and customers.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and address any complaints or issues.
  • Ensure that the restaurant is compliant with all health and safety regulations.
  • Work with the kitchen staff to ensure that food is prepared efficiently and to the highest standards.
  • Manage the restaurant's budget and ensure that it is being used effectively.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a managerial role in the food and beverage industry.
  • Proven track record of success in a similar role.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the food and beverage industry.
  • Experience with inventory management and cost control.
  • Familiarity with POS systems and other restaurant management software.
  • Ability to work well with a team and motivate staff to achieve their best.
