📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist in the development and implementation of sales and marketing strategies to promote our plastics resin products.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and customer needs in the plastics resin industry.
  • Assist in the preparation of sales reports and presentations to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Support the sales team by providing market intelligence and insights to help close deals.
  • Assist in the organization and execution of trade shows, exhibitions, and other marketing events.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders in the plastics resin industry.
  • Assist in the creation and distribution of marketing materials, including brochures, newsletters, and social media content.
  • Provide administrative support to the sales and marketing team as needed.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the plastics resin industry.
  • Strong understanding of the plastics resin market and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
  • Knowledge of Indonesian language is a plus.
