📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the preparation and timely submission of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Ensure the accuracy and completeness of all financial records and transactions.
  • Provide financial analysis and reporting to support decision-making processes.
  • Develop and implement financial policies and procedures.
  • Manage the accounting department, including hiring, training, and supervision of staff.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting standards and regulations.
  • Provide financial advice and guidance to senior management.
  • Conduct regular financial reviews and audits.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 3 years in a senior accounting role.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and Indonesian GAAP.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in using accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with financial reporting and analysis tools.
