📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the clinic's cash flow, including deposits, withdrawals, and bank reconciliations,Process payments for medical services, ensuring accuracy and efficiency,Provide excellent customer service to patients, answering their questions and addressing their concerns,Handle insurance claims and co-pays, ensuring timely and accurate processing,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions,Assist in training and supervising junior cashiers and staff,Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in cash handling and customer service

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a cashier or similar role in a healthcare setting,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial transactions,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Proficiency in using computer software for financial transactions and record-keeping,Valid certification in cash handling and customer service is a plus,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field is preferred,Familiarity with insurance claims processing is a plus
