📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and welcome guests and visitors with a friendly and professional manner.,Manage front desk operations, including check-in and check-out procedures.,Handle inquiries and provide information about the company and its services.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.,Maintain a clean and organized reception area.,Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues promptly.,Assist in organizing and managing visitor appointments and schedules.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Receptionist or similar role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages.,Familiarity with office management systems and software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Customer service orientation and a friendly demeanor.,High school diploma or equivalent.
