📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Assist the Head Chef in preparing and cooking food according to recipes and standards.

Ensure high-quality meals are served to customers.

Manage kitchen inventory and ordering of supplies.

Maintain a clean and organized kitchen.

Train and mentor junior staff members.

Participate in menu planning and development.

Adhere to health and safety regulations.

Meet production targets and quality standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Sous Chef or similar role.

Proven experience in managing kitchen operations.

Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Ability to follow recipes and maintain consistency in food preparation.

Knowledge of local culinary traditions and preferences.

Valid cooking license and food handler certification.
