In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing and managing our spare parts inventory to ensure optimal stock levels and efficient operations. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Monitor and analyze spare parts inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels.,Develop and implement strategies to reduce inventory costs and improve efficiency.,Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of spare parts.,Conduct regular inventory audits to identify discrepancies and ensure accuracy.,Generate reports and provide insights on inventory performance and trends.,Work closely with the procurement team to negotiate and secure the best prices for spare parts.,Collaborate with the engineering and maintenance teams to understand spare parts requirements and ensure availability.,Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance inventory management processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in inventory management or a related field.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in using inventory management software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with the automotive industry and spare parts requirements is a plus.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
