🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT management, with a proven track record in digital transformation and system reliability.
• Certifications such as PMP, ITIL, or CISSP are a plus.
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including cloud computing, big data analytics, and AI.
• Proficient in using IT management tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, and Confluence.
