📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and oversee internal audit projects from initiation to completion
• Conduct risk assessments and compliance audits across the value chain
• Analyze financial and operational data using SAP and Oracle
• Prepare and present audit reports to senior management
• Develop and implement audit methodologies and procedures
• Monitor and evaluate internal control systems

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 5-7 years of experience in internal auditing, preferably in the agriculture or manufacturing sector
• Professional certification such as CPA, CIA, or CMA
• Strong knowledge of SAP and Oracle
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with palm oil industry standards and regulations
