📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth production processes
• Manage and optimize plant resources, including personnel, machinery, and materials
• Implement and monitor quality control measures to maintain high standards
• Develop and execute operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in plant management or a similar role
• Proven track record of leading and managing teams in a manufacturing environment
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality control, and safety regulations
• Proficiency in using ERP systems, such as SAP or Oracle
