📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations to ensure high levels of efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Manage and mentor a team of 10-15 employees, providing training and development opportunities.
Implement and monitor operational strategies to drive sales growth and profitability.
Utilize SAP and Microsoft Dynamics to streamline processes and improve inventory management.
Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
Collaborate with regional and corporate teams to align store operations with overall business goals.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as food safety standards.
Analyze sales data to identify trends and make data-driven decisions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in F&B retail operations, with a proven track record in leading teams.
Certification in food safety and health regulations (e.g., HACCP, ISO 22000).
Strong knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Dynamics for retail operations.
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
Proven ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions.
Experience in managing multiple store locations.
Fluent in English and Indonesian.
