📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process for new hires
- Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management
- Maintain and update HR records using BambooHR
- Handle payroll processing and ensure accurate and timely payments
- Coordinate employee benefits and ensure compliance with company policies
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies and programs
- Provide administrative support to the HR team and managers
- Stay up-to-date with labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR generalist or a similar role, preferably in the F&B industry
- Proficient in using BambooHR and QuickBooks
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian
- Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus
