Erajaya is thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity for a Pre-Delivery Inspector Supervisor to join our team. This role is part of the Xpeng EV Talent Pool initiative, offering a unique chance to work with a leading electric vehicle manufacturer. As a Pre-Delivery Inspector Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and safety of Xpeng vehicles before they are delivered to customers.

In this role, you will oversee a team of inspectors, coordinate inspection activities, and ensure compliance with Xpeng's quality standards. You will work closely with the production team, suppliers, and customers to resolve any issues and ensure a smooth delivery process.

This is a full-time position located in Kebayoran Lama, Jakarta Raya, with a competitive salary ranging from IDR 8,000,000 to IDR 12,000,000 per month.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee and manage a team of Pre-Delivery Inspectors.
  • Coordinate inspection activities and ensure compliance with Xpeng's quality standards.
  • Inspect vehicles for quality, safety, and compliance with regulations.
  • Identify and document defects or issues during the inspection process.
  • Work closely with the production team, suppliers, and customers to resolve issues and ensure a smooth delivery process.
  • Monitor and report on inspection results and trends.
  • Ensure all inspections are completed within the specified timeframes.
  • Provide training and support to the inspection team as needed.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in automotive quality inspection, with a focus on pre-delivery inspections.
  • Strong knowledge of automotive quality standards, regulations, and best practices.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
  • Familiarity with Xpeng vehicles and their specific quality requirements is a plus.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
