📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage employee records and ensure accurate and up-to-date documentation.
• Process payroll using Payroll System and ensure timely and accurate payment to employees.
• Assist in recruitment by coordinating with hiring managers and screening candidates.
• Organize and facilitate employee training programs.
• Handle employee relations issues and maintain a positive work environment.
• Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws and company policies.
• Prepare and maintain HR reports and documents.
• Support the HR Manager in strategic HR planning and initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR and personnel roles.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and HR software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with payroll processing and employee benefits administration.
• Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
