As an HR Operations Specialist at Elitez Group, you'll be responsible for maintaining accurate employee records, processing payroll, and managing leave requests. You'll also handle employee relations, including resolving conflicts and conducting exit interviews. This role offers a unique opportunity to be part of a company that values innovation and employee development, with a salary range of Rp 8,000,000 - Rp 12,000,000 per month.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage end-to-end HR operational processes, including recruitment, onboarding, and administrative tasks.
• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with labor regulations.
• Process payroll and manage leave requests using BambooHR, SAP SuccessFactors, and Workday.
• Handle employee relations, including resolving conflicts and conducting exit interviews.
• Assist with HR reporting and analytics to support data-driven decision-making.
• Stay updated with labor laws and industry best practices to ensure compliance.
• Support the HR team in managing employee benefits and wellness programs.
• Provide administrative support to HR managers and senior leadership.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in HR operations or a similar role.
• Proficient in using HRIS software such as BambooHR, SAP SuccessFactors, or Workday.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian.
