📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Conduct site visits to assess client needs and present tailored industrial machinery solutions.
- Provide technical support and training to clients on our machinery and software.
- Collaborate with sales team to drive product adoption and customer satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and industry partners.
- Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in industrial machinery.
- Assist in the preparation of technical proposals and presentations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for clients.
- Support the marketing team with product demonstrations and technical showcases.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in industrial sales or technical support roles.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and SAP.
- Strong understanding of industrial processes and machinery.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to travel frequently to industrial sites.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia, both written and spoken.
