📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and execute audit projects from start to finish, ensuring compliance with international standards and regulations.
• Develop and maintain audit plans, schedules, and timelines.
• Coordinate with clients, auditors, and project managers to ensure the smooth execution of audit projects.
• Conduct risk assessments and identify areas of improvement for clients.
• Prepare and present audit reports, including findings and recommendations.
• Ensure the accuracy and completeness of audit documentation and records.
• Stay updated with the latest audit standards, regulations, and industry trends.
• Provide support to the audit team in the development and implementation of audit procedures and methodologies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in audit or project management.
• Professional certification in audit or project management (e.g., CPA, CIA, PMP).
• Strong knowledge of international audit standards (e.g., ISA, IFAC).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with audit software and tools (e.g., Oracle Hyperion, SAP, Microsoft Excel).
