As the General Manager, you will be responsible for managing daily operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards, and optimizing the performance of multiple restaurants. You will work closely with the team to implement innovative strategies that boost revenue and customer satisfaction. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily operations of multiple restaurants in Bali, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth.
• Manage staffing, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food handling standards.
• Monitor inventory and procurement to maintain optimal stock levels.
• Lead team meetings and provide strategic direction to enhance customer experience.
• Analyze sales data and market trends to make informed business decisions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a leadership role within the F&B or restaurant industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing multi-store operations.
• Strong understanding of sales and marketing strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using POS systems, inventory management software, and other relevant tools.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the food service industry.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
