📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with clients to understand their unique tastes and preferences.
• Curate personalized jewellery recommendations based on client needs and preferences.
• Assist in the sales process, including product demonstrations, pricing, and negotiations.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the luxury jewellery industry.
• Participate in inventory management and restocking activities to ensure a well-stocked and visually appealing store.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote special events, sales, and new product launches.
• Provide regular sales reports and contribute to the achievement of monthly and annual sales targets.
• Attend training sessions and workshops to continuously develop your skills and knowledge in luxury retail sales.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in luxury retail sales, preferably in the jewellery industry.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
• Strong knowledge of jewellery materials, designs, and trends.
• Familiarity with CRM software, such as Salesforce or HubSpot, is a plus.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluent in both English and Indonesian.
• Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
