📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests via phone, email, and chat platforms.
• Process and fulfill orders accurately and efficiently using our in-house order management system.
• Pack and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring that all items are correctly labeled and packaged.
• Provide exceptional customer service, resolving issues and addressing concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions and order details.
• Collaborate with the sales and logistics teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
• Stay up-to-date with company policies and procedures, and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of our order fulfillment and customer service processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in order fulfillment, customer service, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
• Familiarity with order management systems and e-commerce platforms is a plus.
• Ability to work well in a team environment and contribute to a positive and productive work culture.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation, as the role may require occasional travel to and from our warehouse.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.
