📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Inspect products for defects and ensure they meet quality standards.
• Pack products according to customer specifications and company guidelines.
• Organize and maintain a clean and efficient packing area.
• Follow safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment.
• Monitor packing processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Collaborate with the team to meet production deadlines and customer requirements.
• Report any issues or concerns related to packing processes.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Packing Operator or similar role in a manufacturing or logistics environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow strict quality control procedures.
• Familiarity with packing equipment and tools such as pallet jacks, forklifts, and packaging materials.
• Good physical stamina and the ability to lift and move heavy items.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Basic knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) or similar software is a plus.
• Valid driver's license for motorbike or car is a plus.
• Willingness to work in a team and follow company policies and procedures.
