📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and track sales activities to meet monthly and quarterly targets.
• Conduct customer consultations and presentations to understand customer needs and recommend suitable vehicles.
• Negotiate deals and finalize sales contracts with customers.
• Provide exceptional customer service and build long-term relationships with clients.
• Collaborate with the marketing and finance teams to develop and implement sales strategies.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
• Prepare and present regular sales reports to management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in automotive sales, preferably with a focus on new vehicle sales.
• Strong knowledge of the Indonesian automotive market and industry trends.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
