📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide legal advice and support to the management team on a wide range of corporate matters, including contracts, mergers and acquisitions, and regulatory compliance.
• Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents, such as contracts, agreements, and licenses.
• Lead and manage high-profile litigation cases, representing the company in court and other legal proceedings.
• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support the company's strategic objectives.
• Advise on and oversee the implementation of corporate governance policies and procedures.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.
• Collaborate with external legal counsel and other stakeholders to address complex legal issues.
• Stay up-to-date with legal developments and industry trends to proactively identify and mitigate legal risks.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience as a Corporate Lawyer or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian corporate and commercial law, including contracts, mergers and acquisitions, and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Proven experience in litigation, including courtroom advocacy and case management.
• Ability to manage multiple legal matters simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with management, external counsel, and other stakeholders.
• Professional certification in Corporate Law or a related field is a plus.
